Terms of Use
Version of 10/29/2026 (Portuguese original: “Versão de 29/10/2026”)
The prices and trial days below are the current ones, published by the Ritmo Leve team.
- Ritmo Leve is not a medical device and does not replace your doctor. It records what you type — it does not assess, recommend or correct anything.
- The “level in the body” curve is a mathematical estimate calculated from the doses you typed. It is not a test, not a measurement, and it may differ widely from your actual case.
- Your data is encrypted on your device and not even we have the key. If you lose your password and your recovery code, your history becomes unreadable forever — including to us.
1. Contact
To reach Ritmo Leve about the service or your subscription, write to suporte@ritmoleve.com.
2. What the service does
Ritmo Leve is a personal diary for logging medication injections, weight, symptoms, meals and workouts, and viewing that history. It is a note-taking tool, like a notebook — with sums and charts.
If you want, the app also links your account to that of a professional you choose — personal trainer, dietitian or physician — to receive what they send and send them what you decide (see section 2.3).
2.1 What it does not do
- It does not prescribe, suggest or adjust the dose of anything.
- It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any health condition.
- It does not issue clinical alerts or detect risk situations.
- It does not replace an appointment, test or guidance from a licensed professional.
The information in the medication catalog (half-life and time to peak) is public bibliographic reference, shown to give context to your own entry. It is not a recommendation for use.
The app does not include any standard dose or frequency from the package insert. The dose and the interval between injections are the ones you enter, according to your prescription. If a physician linked to your account publishes a treatment in the app, the frequency is the one they wrote: the app shows their prescription as it is, without calculating or adjusting anything.
2.2 About the estimate of the level in the body
The chart uses a one-compartment pharmacokinetic model with first-order absorption, fed only by the doses you typed. It assumes full bioavailability and ignores your weight, metabolism, liver and kidney function, interactions and any other individual variable. It serves to see the rhythm of your injections, and nothing beyond that.
2.2.1 Activities, recovery and "Say what I did"
- Outdoor activities: the app records distance, time and pace, typed by you, read from a GPX file or recorded by GPS with the app open and your permission. Safety while exercising outdoors, the choice of route and the use of your phone during the activity are your responsibility. The device's GPS measurement may be wrong.
- Activity calories: shown only as an approximate range, calculated from a public table of energy expenditure per activity; they are not counted toward your goal and are not a recommendation.
- Recovery: the app shows your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and step numbers, and your personal range. It does not interpret, classify or issue alerts, and it is not a medical device. An alternate workout only appears if your professional prescribed it, and is only applied when you tap.
- "Say what I did": you speak (or type) and the sentence is interpreted on your device, becoming a draft you check before saving. The shortcut refuses sentences with medication, dose or hormone: those entries go only through the Doses tab. The microphone is only used when you tap "Speak", and recognition only runs if it happens on the device itself; the audio is not recorded or sent. The app may get what it heard wrong: check before saving.
2.3 Connected professionals
You can link your account to professionals you choose and decide which areas each one sees. Through the connection, the professional can send you workout plans, meal plans, treatments, questionnaires and requests for assessment photos; and you send them only what you decide to send. You can reduce the areas or end the connection whenever you want.
The professional council license shown in the app is declared by the professional; Ritmo Leve does not verify it with the council.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and have full legal capacity. The app is not intended for minors. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens in your account.
4. Subscription, prices and billing
- 15-day free trial, no card required.
- Monthly: R$10.00, with automatic renewal on the card until you cancel. If you choose Pix, the payment is one-off and grants 30 days; renewal requires a new payment.
- Annual: R$100.00, one-off payment (Pix accepted). The annual plan does not renew automatically — when it expires, access to the vault simply ends.
Payment is processed by Mercado Pago. We do not receive or store your card details.
4.1 What the subscription buys
After the 15-day trial, the subscription gives access to the diary and the synced vault: entries, lookup, encrypted backup and use on several devices.
When the trial or the paid period ends, the diary is unavailable until a new subscription. Entries are not deleted for lack of payment: you can sign in to choose a plan, cancel a monthly renewal and export a protected backup of the data stored on this device.
4.2 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in the app, under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the period already paid — there is no proportional forfeiture.
4.3 Right of withdrawal
Under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days of payment, with a full refund. Just ask through the contact e-mail.
4.4 Price changes
Any price change will be announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance and will only apply to following periods. You can cancel before it takes effect.
4.5 Professional plan
- The professional plan is purchased by the professional (personal trainer, dietitian or physician) and includes the professional area and their own diary. The price varies with the number of clients whose app access is included; current prices are shown on the home page and in the professional area.
- Individual use. The plan belongs to the professional who holds the account, to serve their own clients and patients. The account may not be shared or used by several people, teams, gyms or clinics. On the unlimited clients plan there is no client limit within this individual use. Teams, gyms and clinics should contact the Ritmo Leve team.
- Guaranteed price. When the price list changes, anyone who has already paid for the professional plan keeps the price paid for 12 months, counted from the date the new price list takes effect: on renewal, when switching billing cycle and on tiers that already existed. If the new price list is cheaper, the new one applies.
5. Your data and encryption
Your diary entries are encrypted on your device before they leave it. The server stores blocks it cannot open. This has a consequence that must be clear:
Your workout diary and your plan are synced in encrypted form with the server, along with your other entries, to provide backup and use on other devices; and, if you authorize it, they are securely shared with the professionals linked to your account. Profile and progress photos, and the copy of the assessments you answered, stay only on the device and in the backup you export: clearing the browser data may erase them, so export a protected backup before switching devices.
Details about data processing are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes or to clinically guide third parties;
- try to bypass the subscription, probe other people's accounts or overload the service;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute access.
7. Availability
We do not promise uninterrupted availability. There may be maintenance, provider failure or temporary unavailability. After confirming access online, the app can work offline for up to 7 days while the trial or paid period is valid. Syncing waits for the connection to return.
8. Limitation of liability
Ritmo Leve is a personal recording tool. We are not responsible for health decisions made based on what you wrote down or on what the chart estimated. Decisions about medication belong to your doctor.
Our liability, where it exists, is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event — except in the cases where the law does not allow limitation, especially those of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Your data. Deletion is permanent: it erases the account and all associated entries, with no recovery copy.
We may close accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice when possible and a proportional refund of the unused paid period.
10. Changes to these terms
Relevant changes will be announced by e-mail and in the app, with reasonable notice. When a change alters what happens with your data, the app asks for a new acceptance before you continue. If you do not agree, the acceptance screen itself lets you export a protected backup of your data and sign out, and you can request account deletion through the contact e-mail. The record of each version you accepted, and when, is kept.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
Brazilian law applies. The courts of the consumer's place of residence are chosen as the venue, under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
